Yuliia Krupenko is a global marketing and communications leader with over 14 years of experience building and scaling brands across fintech, insurtech, mobility, and other industries. She has worked across both B2C and B2B, leading communications, brand, and growth strategies in startup and scale-up environments. Yuliia’s strength lies in bridging the gap between strategy and execution - aligning marketing, product, and comms teams around shared goals and clear narratives. She previously served as Communications Director at BlaBlaCar, one of Europe’s most recognised tech scale-ups and the world’s leading community-based travel app, and most recently led marketing at Waggel, a fast-growing UK-based insurtech on a mission to make a meaningful impact in the pet industry. Her experience spans both in-house leadership and consulting roles, where she has helped tech teams scale faster through better alignment, sharper storytelling, and user-first thinking - while also mentoring talent and sharing knowledge across the global tech ecosystem. She has lived and worked in four countries and led comms and marketing efforts across multiple international markets, giving her a strong global perspective and cultural fluency.
